Open two subject on the viewer without keybord

Hello
I have a Surface Pro 7 running Windows 10.
I would like to open several exams in the same viewer, typically using the CTRL key on the keyboard in the local archive window.
I don't have a keyboard, just the screen touch. If I use the Windows virtual keyboard to press CTRL + select an exam using touch, only the last exam is selected. It seems that the CTRL key is not supported.
Any idea how to do this without a physical keyboard?
