Overlay.xml Missing

I am facing an “Overlay.xml missing” error in RadiAnt DICOM Viewer. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software as Administrator, but the error is still not going away.

I also checked the installation folder, but I cannot find or recreate the overlay.xml file properly.

Has anyone faced this issue before?
How can I completely fix the Overlay.xml missing error in RadiAnt Viewer on Windows?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
