PACS listener could not be started on port 11112

my RadiAnt stopped downloading cases from PACS since yesterday

it can query the database but no image download is started and I receive this message (see topic title)

I run RadiAnt on a Win7 x64 computer using latest 4.6.5 release (it did the same with 4.6.1 so I tried updating to latest with no result)

interestingly other PC in my workplace can access the same PACS on the same listener port with no issue at all

any way I can debug this?

issue is gone.

I just deleted the RadiAnt DICOM node from the PACS and then re-entered the same data as before and now works again.

don't know why a transient disconnection took place since the configuration was exactly the same...

Have changed c-move to c-get in the settings and Radiant is working
