Pet images - units

Im working curently with PET images and i am wondering what the units are if you measure PET images with an ROI. Is this is MBq/L or counts or...?

The measurements of PET images are presented in the native units of the DICOM file. This can be checked in 0054,1001 DICOM tag (CTRL + ALT + T).
We'll try to include the units in the measurement label in future versions.
