Three months have passed since we released the latest (0.19) version of RadiAnt DICOM Viewer. The update was planned in October. However, the features we've been adding require more time than expected. Opening multiple series simultaneously on a PC with average resources requires careful memory management, which new version will hopefully provide. At this time we estimate the release date somewhere before the end of the year. Thanks for your patience!
