Radian Dicom viewer 5.0.1 cant download

RadiAnt works fine for one user on the PC, but not another on the same pc.
Both users have admin rights too.

The PACS location is configured the same, but I also tried changing the AE title and listener port.

I'm able to do a search query and see patients, but unable to bring up images. In the status window Progress just says 'error', and error messahe says 'unable to process'.

Actually had problem with v4.6.9(?) so I upgraded to 5.0.1, but still having same problem.

another note, we are using the trial license demo'ing the program. could limiting number of users on a workstation be a limitation of the trial license?

When RadiAnt is running on the same workstation by two users simultaneously, each user has to be configured with different AE title and different listener port. Of course, the PACS server has to be configured with two entries (one for each user).
The trial version is fully functional.
