Radiant accept pushed studies

Dear Sir,

Is there anyway Radiant can accept pushes studies and add them to the database by default.Every time i close radiant and open it again i have to activate these two features .

The studies pushed are stored in the default database by default.
To make them appear in the viewer, you need to edit the options.xml file:

<acceptpushed>0</acceptpushed> <!-- accept and display studies pushed from PACS locations (0 - disabled, 1 - enabled) -->
