According to the DICOM standard, every conformant PACS host should support the default transfer syntax, which is Implicit VR Little Endian [1.2.840.10008.1.2]. However, thanks to our beta testers we found out that this is not always the case.
Some systems don't respect the default transfer syntax and require others for successful transfers. That's why in the latest release candidate version we've added support for multiple transfer syntaxes in PACS communication: Implicit VR LE, Explicit VR LE, Explicit VR BE, JPEG Lossless, JPEG LS Lossless, JPEG 2000 Lossless, JPEG Baseline, JPEG Extended, JPEG LS Lossy, JPEG 2000 Lossy, RLE.
The preferred transfer syntax can be set for each host. Hopefully this version resolves those rare issues with non-conformant PACS nodes.

New features:

- Added support for multiple transfer syntaxes in PACS transfers (previously only Implicit VR LE was supported, which sometimes caused problems with specific PACS implementations).
- The preferred transfer syntax can be set for each of the PACS hosts - go to PACS options and use right mouse button to show a popup menu on the selected host.

Improvements and bug fixes:

- Corrected bug which sometimes caused PACS downloads to end prematurely.
- The default color lookup table for PET fusion was changed from rainbow to hot iron.
- Certain features and toolbar buttons can be disabled in the options.xml file.

After update to this beta version the PACS stop to work... I can see patient list, but i can't download.

Marius, thanks for sending the log file. We've found out that a little change in RadiAnt protocol resulted in communication problems with your server. We prepared a fresh RC build 2.0.6, which is now available for download.

We have uploaded a fresh RC build - 2.0.7
The support for C-ECHO (SCU & SCP) was added, so that the verification of connection between RadiAnt and PACS hosts is possible (in both directions).
Use F2 or click the green tick icon in the PACS configuration window to DICOM-ping all the hosts in the list. RadiAnt can also respond to DICOM-pings from remote PACS hosts.

ı can see the patiant list but ı cant download images. also with the latest version

This problem usually comes up when the PACS server is not configurated properly with the parameters (IP, port, AE title) of the RadiAnt PC. Firewall or NAT can also cause this issue.
