I'll translate and edit this text to ensure it sounds natural in English:

Unfortunately, the function only works in one direction, from MPR to 2D, so it doesn't work from one MPR to another MPR. Maybe someday.

I'm eagerly waiting for:
1. Vertebrae labeling that synchronizes across all sequences including MPR - it doesn't need to be automatic vertebrae recognition, manual labeling is perfectly fine, but please make it available.
2. DARK MODE for databases and downloads. Please, please, please - this can't be that difficult.
3. Synchronization between MPRs.
4. Remembering window layouts when reopening studies (AGFA can create layout Snapshots, making it easy to quickly return to previous settings - very useful when working with MRI).

Perhaps someday we'll see structure recognition and synchronization based on that. I'm currently working with Agfa Enterprise and it works well there. I tried it in Sectra and it was also good.

I dream of RadiAnt continuing to develop, because it's truly an excellent piece of software, and if it offered more features, I would certainly be willing to pay more for it, and I believe I'm not the only one...

@Marcin Sz. I assume dark mode used to be fully configurable by windows dialog box options, those options are now gone from Control Panel,
You could get some via HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors

After updating to this beta version: RadiAnt DICOM Viewer 2025.2 BETA #10155, built on April 11, 2025, the viewer stopped loading images from our PACS server. I had to roll back to the previous stable version. It would be great if you could check what might be causing this issue.

After installing your new beta version 2025.2 BETA #10210, the images are loading from the PACS system again. Thank you for the fixes!

The last few betas (probably three) are having serious problems uploading large PACS jobs.

I've tried on completely different tomographs, completely different systems, completely different IP configurations (LAN, VPN), everywhere the same failure - periodically the download “crashes” with an error that your client must have ip/ae title etc. specified.

This might sound like the new functionality we're testing - as soon as the user session is locked (Lock/Switch user), the PACS listener is stopped. This way, many users on the same system can have RadiAnt listening on the same port and AE title, even when other instances are running in locked sessions.
You can turn this of in PASC options: Advanced settings -> Accept connections from -> Pause listener on session lock

This function is good but need to be switchable on/off. I tried it with manually sync, it slows the scrolling even with AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics.

Yes, this feature will be optional (in one of the upcoming beta versions).

How can i find the MIP feature for the 3D whole body images? And if it's not present, can you add this feature? Is there a way to make it interactive and correlate with the axial, saggital and coronal images? I mean when you click on the lesion in the rotating MIP, this will automatically jump to that location in the respective axial, coronal and sagittal images..Thanks

Question: Is it possible to set MPR and 2D synchronization as the default using options in the options.xml file?
Also, I'm still requesting—pleading, really—for Dark Mode! For a radiologist, this is absolutely essential. I have everything on my computer set to Dark Mode, but RadiaAnt windows are blazing bright across half the room :)

I would like to request the addition of a DVD recording utility to the program. This feature would allow users to burn data or video content to DVDs directly from the application, supporting common formats and standard DVD writers.

Please add option to embed the MPR and 3D as a tab in the main program window instead of opening as a separate windows
we need the MIP to appear as a check box with a slide bar (as seen in HOROS) and add them also to the 2D not only the MRP
fix the Axis in the MPR, it always interferes with measurements of viewing (at least make it incomplete axis at the center)
Need the ability to create plugins for the program
