Got my hopes up the local library was added. you guys need any ideas,suggestions or questions for it?

Thanks, JJ. Suggestions are always welcomed! However, I think they will be most helpfull when the first beta with a local archive is released. It will have a basic functionality (but fast and stable) which we will extend based on our to-do list and the feedback of our users.

which kind of improved support of DBT this build effectively offers?

Images encoded in some obscure format (coming from Hologic devices) were not displayed in previous versions.

A new pre-release version is available. In the 4.6.7 we added support for volumes larger than 2GB in the 3D MPR and VR views.

It's tiny because there are no additional dependencies that would have to be included in the setup file. The codebase is actually quite large, it just compiles into a relatively small exe ;-)
