RadiAnt PACS - retrieving images

I have RadiAnt PACS beta 2.0.3.10624 installed on both a Win7(64bit) and WIN8(64bit) PC installed and do have a problem with retrieving images. The query works well but when retrieving the images are transferred from PASC but not saved in the RadiAnt Viewer, althouth the RadiAnt software does create a folder, but the folder remain empty..
