RadiAnt viewer failed to open DICOM file contains Tag("FFFE", "E0DD")

is it a bug of RadiAnt that if a DICOM file contains Tag("FFFE", "E0DD") SequenceDelimitationItem, then RadiAnt cannot open the file?

We have received a sample file from Dongmei (thank you!). This file was not fully compliant with the DICOM standard. The good news is that our latest beta versions (4.9) can handle such files just fine :-)
