Is there a way to automaticaly put dicom tags like patient name, patient id, date of birth etc on a document for fast reporting just like osirix does on the button report???

A .odt document example located at Documents/horos database or Documents/osirix database, you can edit it the way you want, so when you are reporting, it is much more faster, you can put a signature .png at the end of the document model, and export as .pdf after you write all the report (Dicom tags have « »):
