I used the free trial version and was very pleased with the software. It did what I wanted with was image view of radiology images with good resolution. Too often, patients come with discs that have native software that itself will display at low resolution. Same images on Radiant showed just like other viewers I use - no degradation of image quality.
However, I have been reviewing images today (MRI). the Radiant viewer is showing me a terrible set of image views. I open the same files in another viewer and everything is as expected. Is there some button to turn on or turn off resolution quality. I know the actual files have high grade images - not seeing it in Radiant now that I have purchased.
I could not find anything in the manual. Help please. Would be happy to offer a side by side image clip.

Thank you for sending the screenshots.
Please note that the images you sent are from two different MRI sequences.
RadiAnt displays a STIR image, whereas the other viewer shows a plain T2 image.
There is more detail in the T2 image.
If you open the same file in both viewers, they will look the same.
