"Search from PACS locations" should search the local database too

just noticed that the "search" button in the viewer just searches "outside" RadiAnt while IMHO should also query the local database.

I tried to put the local database DICOM node data in the DICOM nodes table but my queries do not work... cases in the local database can be queried just from the internal "search button".

did you understand what I mean?

the rationale of this request is that when I'm looking for images of a patient I don't know if those images are in the main PACS or in the local database.

a single query to search both databases would be better in terms of time-effectiveness and would improve the workflow.

Tommy, you're right. Some kind of unified interface for searching studies in PACS and DB is planned. I'm not sure when but it certainly will be implemented.
