Series Numbers in Preview Pane

Would be great if there were numbers on the thumbnails in the preview window...when going through ultrasound series, it's helpful to have identifiers that you can take note of so after going through the whole series you can go back and export the ones illustrating a particular point

Tommy, just check the options.xml file:

<sernum>0</sernum> <!-- show series numbers on thumbnail images (0 - disabled, 1 - enabled) -->

I think series numbers should be on by default, otherwise user will never know about this option

We don't want too much clutter in the UI, so this has to be thought over.
