setup a PACS in the same computer

Hello, hopefully somebody can help me.

I want to setup a PACS for radiant on my same computer.
The page I download my studies from puts all the files on the same directory, so I need to be able to organize them as individual pacients.
OSirix does this when you "add files" and I think that if I can set up a PACS server locally it would do the same and I could open the images on radiant as individual patients.

Is this doable?
