this is not an urgent feature request but still something to think about once RadiAnt will have a DICOM print module.
sometimes when you print CD or DR images you wanna to define which parts of the image will be printed using a black shutter around the image to remove background or unwanted parts of it.
the most basic shutter type is rectangular (which would be enough in RadiAnt), however softwares like ClearCanvas allow the use of circular and free-hand shutters as well.

It's definitely not that urgent a feature ;-) which is why it probably will not appear in RadiAnt during the next year...
