Still Images in echocardiogram

GE-acquired echocardiogram images. Cines are displaying perfectly, but seems to be missing all the still-frame images from an echocardiogram sequence. Any configuration adjustments can be made to address this? Considering buying this product for multiple users at my hospital but this would be a deal-breaker.
