Stopped database downloads when internet down

Hi, I need to download large amounts of exams one by one to the database, unfortunately whenever my internet connection gets interrupted the active downloads just stop and get forever lost, so I have to start all over again. Is there a way to keep the download queue active even when the internet is down and resume after the connection is back up?

edit: I can see a log with the patients that failed to download before the conection was lost, but no way to "resume" the download without having to search one by one again.

No, currently you cannot resume failed transfers. We will certainly improve this in future versions.
