Study list Q/R failure

I am trying to access our ImageGrid archive from Radiant to evaluate the viewer. I do not get a study list when Querying the archive. The error statements from the log are:


SOP Class UID (1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.2.2.1), AE Title (ImageGrid_CT2), Detail (Receiving find query)

Any help?
