Hi,
I have tried several kinds of workstation, unfortunately, there is no one could do subtraction of DSA files. Can your workstation do it?
Kind regards

Hi,

Currently there is no subtraction feature in RadiAnt. However, I am sure that in the future we will add the DSA functionality.

Greetings,
Maciej

I find subtraction useful in MR studies as well...
sometimes I need to subtract pre-contrast and post-contrast images in cases of T1 hyperintense lesions. Only subtraction really tells you if it takes gadolinium or not.

DSA and MR subtraction are slightly different in implementation, yet both deserve to be featured in RadiAnt.

probably MR subtraction will be easier to implement than DSA subtraction.

do you think that the fusion feature could in some way modified to obtain a subtraction feature or this must be created by scratch.

Tommy, both MR and DSA subtraction modes are not very hard to implement (they do require some time, though). The fusion feature implementation is quite different, so the subtraction has to be created almost from scratch.

Hi, Does RadiAnt offer MR subtraction yet? Thank you.

Hi,

No, there's no subtraction available yet in RadiAnt.

Kind regards,
Maciej

Is DSA still in development? I am retired now but I used it extensively in congenital heart disease to the extent that I used to turn off the automatic dose control in order to optimize it. It is still very useful if the AGC is on and even if respiration is not suspended.

Perdix,

Yes, there are still plans to develop the DSA feature. There is no time frame set, however. Surely not before 2017.

Maciej

Sorry, still no time frame for this feature...

Hello,

I would like to again add to the conversation that this feature (XA subtraction mostly for me) woulde be a real killer feature for Radiant. It's the only thing stopping me from giving up Osirix/Horos for Radiant. Please add!

Still no time frame for this feature. We would like to see it happen this year, anyway...

WOW!!! we got DSA... now it's the turn of subtraction... it would be very useful in MRI studies when you deal with lesions with high T1 signal in the precontrast scan...

only subtraction will allow you to see if there's enhancement or not after gadolinium administration.

Tommy, we also plan to implement subtraction for MRI (or CT) studies. Probably not in this beta cycle, though.

take your time...

you know that users like me are always ask for more ;-)

just after 5 minutes using the last new feature we are already asking for the next one :D

by the way, even if I don't do interventional radiology, I think that this DSA feature was very important to implement.

RadiAnt was already capable of reviewing DX, CT, MRI and PET...
DSA was the only missing modality so now it's a really complete radiology suite.

many softwares I know are not even capable of viewing PET-CT fusion and DSA so this puts RadiAnt even higher towards the top of the mountain.

well done, as usual.

Thanks in advance

Can we see native (Unsubstracted) image deom substrated image on Radiant? if yeas, how?

You cannot reverse the process of subtraction when you only have the DSA images available.

Hi, is there a feature yet in RadiAnt for subtraction of MRI pre-contrast images from post-contrast images? This seems very common in other programs but I can only find DSA in RadiAnt for fluoro use. Is this feature already here and I can't find it, or if not, can it be added soon? Thanks!

This feature will be added in future versions of RadiAnt. There's no time-frame, however.

Hi,

I was just wondering.
Do you guys have a plan to implement the features of heart volume rendering or auto-coronary analysis?
