Hi,

i would like to know, if it is possible to install your RadiAnt Dicom Viewer on a Terminal Server, where all Users can get access to it.
I have a Customer who has a Terminal Server Infrastructure and is interested in using your APP.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in RadiAnt DICOM Viewer.
Currently we don't have concurrent licenses. There are only "per-seat" licenses.
One license is required for each physical terminal (client PC) where RadiAnt will be used:
"In a terminal server environment, each individual license is valid for one client PC (Terminal). Example: seven client PC's connecting to one terminal server will need seven licenses."
So if RadiAnt is going to be accessed via 30 PCs, then 30 licenses would be required according to our EULA.
You also have to make sure that the desktops are persistent. That is, the hardware configuration of these virtual desktops does not change. Otherwise there will be problems with activation. Before making a decision to purchase, please check with our free trial version if it does not ask for the activation frequently. It should activate only once and last on this activation until the trial license expiration date. If RadiAnt persists in requesting activation, the paid license will also not work.

Greetings!
