Unable to download from PACS server

Hi , I am able to search and see the cases in our PACS server, but not able to download the contents. its says i need to configure the server so that it can understand where to send. Can u please explain what all parameters in the server i need to modify ? please help me. I am currently using Radiant version 2.0.1 (32Bit)

Your PACS server needs to know three parameters:
1) the ip address of the PC with RadiAnt installed
2) the port that RadiAnt uses for listening to incoming connections (11112 default)
3) the AE title of the RadiAnt (RADIANT default)
