Unable to read certain .dcm files

I am unable to open certain .dcm files with RadiAnt. I'm not sure what the reason is as these same files have been opening with other image viewers. And again, this problem only occurs with select files. I have RadiAnt stored on two different computers and experience this problem on both. I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting with this...

Sorry, I should probably add that when I select the files I want to open, the message I get is "No DICOM images found." Almost like it does not detect the image to be a dicom. But the extension on these files are .dcm and again, they are opening up with other viewers.

What version are you using? Did you try the latest beta (4.9.16) https://www.radiantviewer.com/beta/ ?

I also cannot open a type of image, it came from a CD which used MiViewer from Millensys. By the way MiViwer does open the images correctly. How can I upload some images so you can check them out?
