Using portable version 3d MPR missing

Hello!

I am looking for software to distribute dental ct images (from MDCT), with integrated 3d mpr. I v tested Radiant dicom viewer CD/DVD, works flawlessly but i am missing 3D MPR in this trial version.
MPR is in but takes some workaround for user to use it. In Radiant viewer 3d mpr warks great.

Dentists want to run 3d MPR from usb or cd without software installations.

Am i missing something or this feature just is not ment for this version.

3D features (VR/MPR) are available only in the installable version.
