where is the license code or file?

hi, I purchased the radiant dicom viewer( personnal version) on Sep. 11th,but till now, I haven't got the license key or file,So I can't activate the software. I contact with your support, ***@***.com ,but received nothing! Who can tell me what the matter? thanks!
the invoice no is ******, order No is ******.

Hi,

Your license key was delivered immediately after the payment was received. It probably was caught by your spam filters. We sent it from two different emails. You can also log in to the "My Licenses" service https://www.radiantviewer.com/store/mylicenses/ and get your license key there.
