Why DICOM images can't MPR in Radiant but can MPR in Agnosco DICOM Viewer?

Hi,
I have a multiframe DICOM image which size is about 75MB, it can't run MPR in Radiant(button is gray) but can run MPR in Agnosco DICOM Viewer(3D layouts), what is the reason? I want to run MPR with this dicom file.

We have checked the file you provided, and it's because the images are actually SC (screen captures) in RGB format. RadiAnt cannot do MPR on RGB files.
