Hi,

First of all, congratulations for the fine job you’re doing.
I installed the 4.6.9 version on Windows 7 and PACS queries work just fine, as does the download of CT examinations, which can be sent from PACs to Radiant. The same goes for the 4.9.19 beta version. I want to point out that the workstation Radiant and PACs are installed on is the same.
I subsequently followed the same procedure on Windows 10. The 4.6.9 version appears to be unable to communicate with PACS, while the 4.9.19 beta version allows me to send CT examinations from PACS to Radiant only. Nothing changes by disabling the firewall.
Can anyone explain to me why?

Apparently there must be something wrong with the PACS configuration, either on Win10 RadiAnt's side or the PACS server.

Hi, @Radiant

Connectivity in both directions between RadiAnt and a PACS (ClearCanvas) host using the C-ECHO service is ok.
The pacs and radiant configuration is identical both on the workstation with win7 and on the workstation with win10 home.
Maybe a bug in win10? If this is correct this problem will become predominant with the spread of win10.

I think you need IT-specialist to resolve problems with windows firewall in W10 . That firewall which you disabled may be still working.
And if you have a lot of time)) - try clean install w10 with all updates with no any antivirus /firewall software.
And all your steps must be with full system backup - to save your time.
