Windowing for contrast agent

Hello everyone,

I want to extract some veins from an MRI image data set from a sheep, and I was playing around with the 3D render presets, and I saw that different presets gave me different results. Actually, I found some of the Bones and skin presets to work best. I was wondering what the difference is between the presets, as I saw that even with the same windowing settings, a different preset gave a different visualisation.

Cheers,
Jack

Different presets assign different colors and opacity to different volume voxel intensities.
That's why you get different renderings with the same windowing settings.
