I am unable to install RadiAnt 2021.2 to Windows 7 64 bit, either as current user or administrator.
Every time it starts I get an error message:
Can't Write: C:\Users\Michael\AppData\Local\RadiAntViewer64bit\RadiantViewer.exe

Try start instalation program as Administrator.

Also, make sure that the RadiAntViewer.exe process is not running (it might be hung and preventing the setup from writing out the new file).
