When I place elipse ROI over the plain X-ray image in RADIANT (for example abdomen), what parameter do I recieve as "mean"? Is it a mean Grary Value? For example for bone I recieved a mean of 13700 and for the soft tissue - 15100. Do we have any references for such measuremens similar to Housfield scale?

The values in plain X-ray images are not calibrated to a specific unit. So you can't have any meaningful pixel value measurements on such images.
