Thanks for your Dicom viewer, it works fine.
It would be very handy if it is possible to zoom or unzoom using Ctrl and the mouse wheel.
Would this be possible?

tip: but you know, you can zoom holding right mouse click and move mouse up and down

It's definitely possible. We'll probably add this feature in the next version.
