How can I set DicomTag.SpecificCharacterSet when send query message from RadiAnt Viewer?

Hi,
I write a simple PACS server with fo-dicom. Now I can use RadiAnt to query and move the iamge from fo-dicom based PACS server.
However, when I query from RaiAnt viewer with chinese patient name, during debugging on Server side , I found received bytes is always 42 63 63 ... 63 42 in hex. How can I send query with DicomTag.SpecificCharacterSet, so I can set the correct encoder?

You can configure the character encoding for queries for each added PACS server:
