How much is annual support after purchasing a license?

How much is annual support after purchasing a license? I'm hearing the Radiant licenses are perpetual, however support is annual expense, correct? Does this cover software updates? Thanks for your help! Matt

Yes, the licenses are permanent and they include 12 months of free updates.
Further updates are optional and they cost about 20% of the base license price yearly.
