If you're asking about image merging, there's is not such feature in RadiAnt.
If you meant image fusion, then you can read about it here: http://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/image_fusion_pet-ct.htm

Hi! It may be possible in future updates to merge series (like splitting with Ctrl F5).
