As 2016 comes to an end, we have a new beta version for you with another long awaited major feature - 3D MPR viewer. It lets you view the cross-section of the volume in an arbitrary plane. You can also increase the thickness of a slab in MIP (maximum intensity projection), MinIP (minimum intensity projection) and Average modes. It still lacks some UI controls, however, the core functionality is almost there and we'll be very happy if you give it a try!

We also have a maintenance stable release (3.4.2) with some small improvements and bug fixes, you can download it here.

The RadiAnt Team would like to wish you the gift of good cheer this holiday season and may it stay with you throughout the coming year!

In this new version we have implemented manual series synchronization. Now you are able to synchronize two or more series coming from different studies. This feature can be also useful when patient's position differs within series of the same study.

Additionally, automatic synchronization mode was improved - now it can work for series with similar (but non-parallel) planes forming the dihedral angle up to 5 degrees. This is often the case with the MR studies.

We've enhanced the DICOM tags window, you can search all DICOM elements for a specific text. You can also quickly show the displayed DICOM file in Windows Explorer.

Last but not least, there are a few bug fixes and performance improvements.

This new beta versions brings keyboard customization to RadiAnt. The preferred shortcuts can be also assigned to commands that were previously not associated with any keys, like the split screen presets for example.

There are also some improvements to the PACS client feature - you can search a combination of PACS locations instead of one or all. The check selection list is used for the modalities, too. However, not all servers accept mixed modality searches.
